St. Peter’s Catholic Church

Scope: Saint Peter’s Catholic Church, a place of worship with over 70 years of heritage, underwent renovations that included underfloor heating of their marble altar and its surrounding areas. 

Products: Products used were the DEVIbasic Drum Goods pre-made to suit the project size, the DEVIflex 18T Heating Cable and the DEVIfast Metal In Box for quick fastening.

Montague The Orchard

Scope: Warehouse temperature required a constant of 1°C. We worked with Montague in supplying heating to the steel columns of their distribution warehouse. Our products served to control the formation of condensation on the columns, as Montague Apples' automation systems operate under specific temperatures. With over 13°C temperature differences between columns and outside air, our products minimise the risk of condensation to the columns.  

Products: Products used were our DEVIbasic Drum Goods, outfitted with cold tails and the DEVIflex 18T Heating Cable for steel columns, above ceiling panels and cool rooms.

Home Renovation

Scope: The client wanted to convert a wine cellar into a living space. The client was looking for reliable underfloor heating with the possibility of individual temperature controls for each room.

Askin Performance Panels and CSL Behring

Scope: Our ongoing project with CSL Behring is our largest and most complex to date. The CSL Broadmeadows warehouse set temperature is -30 °C for the appropriate storage of vaccines and medications. Our cables were for the multi-level building columns and heating panels for entries and exits. Each level of the warehouse required a different cool room temperature.

Ocean Grove Retirement Village with Ryman Healthcare

Scope: Ryman Healthcare is an aged care builder, currently working on their Ocean Grove Retirement Village. We supplied Underfloor Heating Kits to 181 bathrooms and have moved on to their other upcoming Retirement Villages in Highton Geelong (80+ bathrooms) and Aberfeldie. 

Product: Underfloor heating kit with the DEVI Mat 150S, Sensor Probe, Continuity Tester and DEVIreg Touch Thermostat ready for installation.

Hütt 01 Coburg, Grand Designs Australia

Scope: The Founders of Home By Hutt and Melbourne Design Studios, in collaboration with Grand Designs Australia, designed and built the first Passive Home in the humble suburb of Coburg, Melbourne. We supplied floor warming systems to the highly efficient, off the grid home. Their system connects to rooftop solar panels for ultra-low energy costs. Our work involved three-under tile heated bathrooms, while the living area downstairs featured in slab heating. 

Product: DEVIsnow 30T, DEVIheat 150S and the DEVIreg Smart Thermostat.

Woolworths Distribution Centre 

Scope: The Woolworths Distribution Centre was experiencing condensation due to the temperature differences between the cold storage facility and their offices. This resulted in water dripping hazards in the meeting rooms, canteen and offices. To prevent and protect against these hazards we supplied our electric heating cables to the Woolworths facilities.
